Jodi joined DBR & CO as an administrative assistant in March 2008. After more than 10 years of assisting advisors and servicing clients, Jodi has accepted the role of Director of Training and Administration. In this position, Jodi’s primary responsibilities include supervision and training of the administrative staff, coordinating the interview and search process for new administrative employees, assisting with industry compliance issues and coordinating with Dynasty and Charles Schwab to develop best practices.
Jodi has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining DBR & CO, Jodi was employed by Lincoln Financial holding progressively more responsible positions during her tenure. In 1998, Jodi began her career in the financial services industry with Luttner Financial Group as an Assistant.
In 2011, Jodi obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from California University of Pennsylvania.
