Growing wealth management firm D.B. Root & Company adds promising talent to advisement team

PITTSBURGH – Independent Wealth Management firm, D.B. Root & Company has continued its steady growth by adding a new Registered Assistant, Marvin Ledgister to its team. Born and raised in London, England, Marvin is a graduate of Penn State University where he attended on a soccer scholarship. He is currently working as an assistant to D. B. Root Financial Advisor, Michael Aroesty – assisting with research, client contact and portfolio management.

As part of the firm’s advisor team, Marvin assesses clients’ financial needs and resources while helping to guide them through financial decisions. “Marvin brings a refreshing perspective to our firm. Growing up in the U.K., he has a strong knowledge of the global marketplace, with a determination to succeed and build a successful career in the U.S. We are fortunate that he has chosen to launch that career at D.B. Ledgister holds the Series 7 & 66 securities registration through Commonwealth Financial Network. .He is currently exploring a CFA or CFP certification. He still enjoys playing soccer, sports and outside activities as well as travelling and spending time with family back in England.
