DBR & CO Fiduciary Plan Solutions is pleased to announce that CEFEX®, the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence, LLC, a divison of Broadridge Fi360 Solutions, has renewed their certification of DBR Fiduciary Plans Solutions effective July 1, 2023.

DBR & CO Fiduciary Plan Solutions is happy to announce the renewal of their certification by CEFEX® (the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence, LLC), a division of Broadridge Fi360 Solutions, effective from July 1, 2023. The significance of this accomplishment lies in the fact that the number of CEFEX® certified firms remains limited to 140, making this designation even more exceptional and noteworthy.

"Subjecting ourselves annually to the CEFEX assessment process demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and ensuring that we are continuing to lead an evolving industry in the development of and execution on best practices for the benefit of our plan sponsor clients and ultimately, the participants in their retirement plans," said Steven Kacyznski, Managing Director of Fiduciary Plan Solutions.

This certification, earned through CEFEX®'s independent evaluation, showcases our commitment to continuously improving and enhancing our organization. Acquiring the CEFEX® certification is a clear affirmation of our dedication to prioritizing our clients' best interests.

Loraine Montanye, Senior Retirement Plan Advisor, said, "this distinction sets us apart as an industry leader and reaffirms our position as a trusted authority in the financial advisory space. We are honored to be recognized for our unwavering devotion to our clients and look forward to continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes."

CEFEX® certification standards are substantiated by legislation, case law and regulatory opinion letters from the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Uniform Prudent Investor Act (UPIA), the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (UPMIFA) and the Uniform Management of Public Employee Retirement Systems Act (UMPERSA) in the U.S. A full copy of the standard can be downloaded from Broadridge at www.fi360.com/cefex and a summary can be viewed by clicking on DBR Fiduciary Plan Solution’s online CEFEX® certificate.
